Ingredients:

1 cup cooked rice

250g minced meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)

2 medium zucchinis, diced

3-4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil or sunflower oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Spices like paprika, chili flakes, or Italian herbs

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil:

In a large pan or skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

2. Cook everything together:

Add the minced meat and cook until it starts to brown, breaking it up as it cooks.

Add the diced zucchini and minced garlic to the pan with the meat. Stir everything together.

3. Mix in the rice:

Once the meat is fully cooked and the zucchini is tender (about 8-10 minutes), add the cooked rice to the pan. Mix thoroughly so the flavors combine.

4. Season:

Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices like paprika or Italian herbs. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to let everything warm through and absorb flavors.

5. Serve:

Scoop onto plates and serve warm. You can garnish with grated cheese or fresh herbs if desired.

This method gives you a hearty and flavorful one-pot meal with minimal effort!
